Not a good QPR for $35. Drank over two days. Bordeaux Blend w/61% Cab and 2% cab france, plus Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Malbec. It's too much blending for me. Balanced, smooth, and good structure, not very complex. Somewhat sour notes but not overwhelming. I a not a fan of Petit Verdot or Cab Franc, and they seemed to shine through the Cab and Merlot. I would not buy again.

4th Saturday Brown Bagger (J&L's): Double blind. Mixed red and black fruit notes with an herbal undertone. Full-bodied and well-balanced. Mixed fruit and barrel spice on the palate. Guessed cab sauv. (SS)

Maybe a little early to open. Seems tight and reserved. Will try again tomorrow.
