Six 2019 Sancerres from Pinard and Vacheron (San Francisco): Ripe fruit, lemon, smoke, and flint on the nose-very interesting indeed. Rich tropical fruit (mostly pineapple) attack. Later more lean, herbal, and saline. Excellent varietal character without being too pungent.
