  Deep gold colour - at first a bit worrying but this straightened its collar and buttoned up its shirt and ended up with a more correct structure. Lemon rind, butter notes but a streak of acidity. A bit rich for my palate but in and of itself it was impressive. Needs food and pontification.

  Another outstanding performance by a leflaive 2019. This wine could me mistaken for puligny montrachet. Although this will definitely be better with time, it is very approachable now. I decanted it 40 minutes before drinking and consumed from the decanter over next 2 hours. 92-94 potential.
