  iets donkerder van kleur. In de neus is komt direct het stenige naar voren, gevolgd door citroen, appel en witte bloemen. Ronde textuur door het lichte houtgebruik, tot bijna een baconachtigenasmaak. Mineraliteit loopt er van begin tot eind doorheen

  Super nose of granite, lime, gooseberry, a little bacon which is strange but intriguing. When drinking, a hit of ripe fruit on the palate which fades quickly into a sharp mid-palate and finish of pierre à fusil and cough drop. Really interesting and I’m enjoying it but perhaps lacks a little balance objectively with the fruits, minerality, and acids a little out of sync.
