Dark red. Sandy nose of flowers and red frogs. Slightly herbal. Austere red fruits with the tannin and grip stepping in straight away asserting the structure. Complexity on the palate but mainly textural rather than fruit. This needs a year or two (at least) to settle down. Potential ++.
