CellarDoor TWE Tasting (Langham Hotel, Kent Street, Sydney): Low intensity aromas initially. With agitation shows quite earthy with a little polished black fruit…In the mouth it has medium plus intensity acidity, savoury black fruits but a little muted, what is there travels long and the wine is balanced – handles its alcohol warmth very well. Okay

Virtual Seppelt 170th Vintage Release Masterclass; 9/2/2021-9/6/2021: Serious nose - blackcurrant, iron and licorice, Coiled up power on the palate, the black fruit density is lurking but it has good texture and backbone to carry it along. Sweet and savoury and builds across the palate. Another great version of this wine.
