  Love this wine.
  Nice mid colored, with both red and balck fruits aromas, and hint of vanilla, nutmeg, coffee, toast, and some cinamon. With decanting, more and more fig, prune, dry balckberry flavor comes out, and last long. Also there's some cigar and pine sense in it but very conservative. Very nice wine, and want to drink it again!

  Rose, red berries.
  Medium+ acidity.
  Clear but not as crunchy as St. Denis.
  Very nice aroma.

  醒酒器醒酒1小时，将酒液倒入杯中时，顷刻就弥散曼妙优雅的玫瑰花香，绕指柔般，挂着露珠，而后树莓、红樱桃、红醋栗、黑樱桃等果味，通透、轻盈而有力，后段带着淡淡梗带来的植被气息，甘草以及陈皮之类的香气，风格已然有所成就，有俊秀之美。口感饱满，结构颇大，集中度高，柔顺而通透，温文尔雅，清新轻盈，红樱桃、醋栗、树莓和草莓之类的果味和花香在结实之余有着“透明感”，清澈可人也，矿物感微咸，填充内里，收尾略带些许植物森林气息，略带丁香和肉桂的轻微辛辣，收尾长而牡丹萦，真是佳作。93-94/100

  开瓶即饮，淡宝石红偏紫色，闻香有酸红果，熏肉，吐司和野肉气息，入口酸度高，酒液咸，收口微甜，单宁紧致，颗粒细腻，口中是草莓硬糖和红果味，酒的集中度不错，酒体扎实紧凑，新鲜浆果口感明显，酒液非常咸，咸矿石的感觉，需要进一步醒酒。随着醒酒时间的增加，余味开始渐渐展现出飘逸的花香和红果，但是中段始终很紧，醒酒四小时，果梗的影响开始变得明显，花香四溢，这时候的表现和别的很多黑皮诺醒酒半个小时到一小时的开放程度相当。醒酒五个小时以后，酒终于开始逐渐绽放，口中的空间感更好了，不再那么实沉，展现出更加灵动的状态。回塞三个小时再饮，闻香依然是烟熏质感带着奶油吐司的香气，一些肉鲜味，樱桃，蔓越莓的红果，还有果梗带来扑鼻的花香和植物的辛辣感，入口是坚挺的高酸，单宁细腻，酒液依然非常咸，矿物感十足，熏肉，花香，红果还有草莓硬糖的香气，口中生津不止。后端带着植物的微苦，余味覆盆子一类红果，花香和木质香气，爆棚的花香从闻香开始至入口一直延伸到余味，满口留香，回味无穷。酒的口感干净清澈，优雅的线条感，以红果为主的香气，没有丝毫热感，同时带着一点成熟度良好的甜，做得非常平衡。高超的用梗水平，花香富于表现力，风格古典，口感飘逸，高级感十足。精彩的表现再次定义了顶级德国黑皮诺的高度。现在远没有进入适饮期，漫长的醒酒过程是一个很大的考验，而这只是新年份的起步表现，未来可期。

  What a beauty. The wine is nearly perfect. Still very young and reductive but in 15 years this will be an absolutely amazing experience. Cherry, cherry and again cherry. So amazing this concentration of the fruit. A tremendous length. That is really big. 97-100
