Light honey yellow. Honey and bosc pear in the wine with lots of mouthfeel. So typically southern Rhône. 60% Viognier, 15% Roussanne, 10% Marsanne. Super value.

Very refreshing with nice yellow stone fruit with a nice peachy vibe followed with mild mild vanilla. A tad bit richer than the 19, which I preferred for the freshness. Either way, a nice drink in the kitchen while standing wine. Drink

This wine always delivers as a solid value and the 2020 hits the mark as expected. Another slightly unusual blend for the S.Rhone dominated by Viognier (60%) along with some Marsanne, Roussanne and Grenache Blanc. This feels a little bit riper and more upfront than the 2019 with lots of honeysuckle, white peach, apricot, violet and orange blossom bursting forth on the nose. The palate is ripe and sumptuously textured with just a hint of oak and a salty minerality coming through. The finish is silky and crisp with plenty of freshness. It hasn't got the poise and definition of the excellent 17 and 18 but it's not far behind, another Guigal white to buy by the case.

Meget god! God og fruktig med litt pepper initielt som går over i eple.
