  • Fermented in French oak (multiple sizes and ages) then aged in barrel for 12 months on the lees.
The nose shows great intensity of aromas and reveals scents of nectarine, grapefruit zest and mixed citrus with notes of chalk, lemongrass, orchard blossoms and hints of iodine and flint.
The palate is well textured and precise, detailed with succulent acidity and richness. The flavors of citrus, nectarine, minerals, delicate florals and spice are long through the finish that goes on and on.
