  The minerality and acidity render this sauv blanc so laser-like focused, yet the fruit flavor profile of grapefruit & quince shine right through. Delicious wine.

  Medium straw in color. Beautifully mineral, savory, crisp, but also with a hint of creaminess, giving it quite lovely complexity. Nice acid backbone. Very enjoyable, and wearing the quite high stated 14% ABV well. Highly enjoyable over three nights.
