France Trip: Paris, Champagne, Burgundy; 9/3/2023-9/17/2023 (Paris, Champagne, Burgundy): Pale gold color. Drank a small glass at Domaine William Fevre. Same soil as Grand Cru's, but North facing. Lemon, tart green apple, floral, iodine, quite good.
