  • FLX; 9/18/2022-9/26/2022: Simple, pretty, quite restrained and focused, peach-pineapple, but not much finish.

  • Tasted at the winery. Previously tasted at the winery 7 months ago and my notes were very similar. Lots of white peach notes along with varied tropical qualities on what continues to be a really pretty nose. Close to medium bodied with same general fruit profile: white peach, moving to yellow peach through the middle along with varied, background tropical notes. There's better depth here than the 2020 Dry Riesling and slightly better fruit expression. This later point has improved since I previously tasted this wine. Continues to show acidity, citrus and lightly tart whitefruit notes on the back which supports the mid-body depth of fruit. These structural elements should enable the wine to drink well for several years and in particular, over the next 2-3, I'd also expect increased complexity from the middle. Very good overall QPR.

  • Fully agree with previous note - lovely balanced richness on this. I got a lovely bit of fizzy minerality, great balance of sweet and acid, kick at the end, bits of cut grass and of course lemon with just the hint of honeysuckle and melon. Maybe some peach or blood orange in the middle. I'm impressed and agree this could age a few years.

  • Tasted at the winery. Lots of peach and floral notes on a very aromatic nose. Nearly medium bodied (10.5% ABV) with white peach upfront, evolving to yellow peach and mixed tropical notes through the middle. There's richness through the middle, but the citrus notes and very good acidity on the backside provide the needed balance. As compared to the 2019, this has more depth through the middle and potentially more complexity. Most importantly, it has the acidity and tart notes to enable to to remain in a good spot for several years to come.
