Dark in appearance but very expressive and open. Lots of attractive sweet dark berry and plum fruit. Brings the heat at a hefty 14.5%. Smooth through the mid palate and easy to drink. I typically don’t like wines this hot but the complexity of fruit was present and this was finer than expected. A pleasure to pop and pour now. I just hope it doesn’t shut down and never come back.
