Bobby Kacher Dinner at Knightsbridge (Knightsbridge - Northbrook IL): For me, this was a step up from Morey's C-M Virondot in next glass, even if a bit riper. Aromas of ripe peach with some oak spice. Same fruit profile on palate with lots of minerality. Very good and persistent form start to finish, give this another 3-6 years to better integrate.

Bobby Kacher Dinner (Chicago, IL): A bit of sulfur/flint. Firm and balanced, with yellow fruits and a butterscotch component that seems more ripeness than oak-driven. Juicy acids. Nice balance. Very good.
