  Jessica’s birthday dinner at Wah Sing on Baldwin. First of two white Burgundies that night drank with Alaskan King crab done three ways. Another great showing for this bottle. Still a youngster but very enjoyable. Very similar to last tasting. Very subtle, lemon, yellow fruit , wood and mineral nose . The palate shows more citrus, yellow fruit, hint of wood; quite viscous, well balanced and long finish.

  Very impressive wine; very subtle. Lemon and mineral nose . The palate is more complex with citrus, yellow fruit, hint of wood; well balanced and long finish. Still a youngster.
