  • Wow… Second wine in a flight of four wines - all tasted at a private tasting at the domaine. First thing I notice is the similar characteristics of the regular Hermitage Blanc. But this wine has more depth and complexity. Secondly I noticed the looooong finish, which was insane. Could still taste the wine as clearly as daylight even after minutes while listening to Guillaume Sorrel explain about the terroir. Made from the vines grown on the plot of “Les Rocoules” of the famous L’Hermitage mountain.
