Medium bodied, more body than meets the eye. Lots of lime and herbaceous flavors with a hint of grapefruit, bits of gooseberry as well. A medium- finish with a refreshing amount of acidity.
Refreshing and crisp. Not very complex but does the job. The herbaceous aftertaste is what stuck with me. Tasted blind alongside a NZ Sauv Blanc. Paired alongside prosciutto di Parma, goat cheese, and fig/olive crisps. 88 points.

13.2% alcohol; screw top with a lingering aroma of sweet apples and persimmons; nose of alcohol and light-colored cassis; fast legs, light honey-colored; opened yesterday late afternoon and some of it used in baking chicken cacciatore, then put in the fridge, warmed up for 20 minutes and tasted 24 hours later, at 15 degrees C; full bodied, hint of citrus and honey(suckle), weisse Johannisbeeren (cassis), peeled & sliced red delicious apples, minerals and tannins in the background, a little tangy, not much evidence of malolactic secondary fermentation; the sweet component is more evident and less integrated at lower temperatures; medium to long finish, w/ recuerdos; pair with hors-d'oeuvres or dessert hard cheeses like Emmenthaler, Gruy'ere, extra-aged Cheddar, Port de Salut, or Gouda; an excellent wine with a high QPR to serve to guests before dinner or arriving at a party

A very pale straw in the glass.
Nose is of lime and some unripe green apple.
