    Minerals, stone, lemon-lime and honeydew on a beautiful nose. Light body, but big flavors. Crisp acidity and laser focus. Salinity on the mid palate into the finish, which is very long and structured the whole way. Drinking beautifully! Paired very well with grilled halibut with lemon aioli and Charlie Bird farro salad and grilled fennel and peppers (see forthcoming Instagram post) of same date.
