이번 부르고뉴 여행의 마지막 와인.
이 와인이 저렴한 것은 아니지만 나는 뫼르소는 이정도면 만족하지 싶다.
더 올라가도 생각보다 더 좋아지는 부분을 찾기가 어럽더라고.
코에서는 (역시나 잔을 준비해서 그런지) 참깨 향이 그래도 느껴진다.
깨를 볶는다고 할 만큼 아니지만 그렇다고 미국 와인처럼 버터의 느끼한 향은 아니다.
이어서 약간의 시트러스 계열의 과실향도 좋은 편이다.
입에서는 역시나 어린 와인이라 그런지 산도가 다소 튀는 편이다.
꿀을 조금 기대했는데 입에서는 고소한 맛이나 달큰한 맛은 거의 느끼기 어려웠다.
미네랄이라고 하긴 좀 그렇지만 약간의 조약돌 빤 맛도 느껴지는 편.
