From coravin. Buttered toast on the nose, with hints of lemon zest. On the palate, a medium bodied explosion of citrus, more toasted bread, butterscotch. Round, creamy mouthfeel. Chewy, too. Fantastic, complex chablis!

Opened this bottle to pair with homemade seafood pasta. Enjoyed with friends, and it was a hit.
Med+ intensity nose ripe apple, citrus, and limestone. Initial sips were very floral with apple, varnish, lemon, and honey. Incredibly pleasing mouthfeel with a long, lingering finish of stone and apple.
This was well balanced and Med bodied, with great minerality and balanced acidity. Crisp and clean.
Overall, this paired well with the scallops and the pasta. Definitely worth a try though a little pricey.

Lemon, apple and stone, rich and lively, with plenty of structure. Very good for this level.

Excellent wine, wonderfully balanced, perfect compliment to lobster salad & homemade vinegarete. Melon, citrus & full body.
