  It gave a lot PNP in terms of texture, nose, and weight, but fruit took a bit of time to show (~1hr or so). The finish initially was quite mineral driven.
  
  Once it opened, the nose is absolutely intoxicating. Intense tropical fruits, honey, a hint of reduction, vanilla, and baking spices.
  
  On the palate, the fruit had great weight. Citrus, creamy orchard fruit, vanilla, baking spices. Refreshing acidity and long finish. Pretty delicious.

  Phenomenal. Perfect nose, so extremely enchanting. And what a long finish. Apricot, amongst a lovely sheen of minerality. And the perfume on the nose is just magical.

  No notes taken. It needed a few minutes of air to open up but then displayed all the immediate charm: lots of flavor intensity, fairly high complexity and a very good precision. I particularly like the burnt sesame notes and the nice saline minerality to complement all the fruit (and some honey notes). While this is Burgundian in its character, it has some oak and is on the richer side of things (think Batard) but still has a very good freshness and is elegant. Already great today with some upside in the future.
  
  Decanting: No extensive decanting needed.

  A private dinner (Restaurant Schwarzer Adler *, Oberbergen, Germany): Decanted for two hours. The spitting image of a top-notch Meursault Genevrières. Jewelly citrus and orchard fruit, generous yet elegant, vanilla and marzipan, effortless harmony and precision, cream and orchard fruit, perfect weight (13.5% ABV), luxurious but perfectly reined-in spicy oak, everything in the right place, complete finish, excellent length.
