Raspberry on the nose and black fruits, some cherry cola, some chocolate on the finish, very dense and rich, chocolate is more pronounced on the palate, alongside intense tannins. Maybe it’s a product of the chilly Patagonian climate? An Argentinean that nods towards Cahors.
By the glass at the excellent Oinoscent, Athens. Bottle has been opened for some time as part of a tasting. Our favorite of the line up we tried from this eye opening wine maker ( We are not MAlbec People) and even at this youthful age was so elegant and effortlessly beautiful that we would not have expected from a MAlbec . Impressive 92+ and we look forward to crossing paths with the wines of Hans Vinding Diers in the future. 92+

Random wines tried before service (Oinoscent): The wine shows juicy supple character, ripe blue fruit, black fruit, juicy tannins, big smooth palate, a touch warm (14%), spicy, stalky vegetal notes, long finish

Nose: Blueberries, some earth och green notes. Black currant jelly.
Palate: Soft entry that is disrupted by alcohol heat. Dry dark berry notes.
