Beautiful flavor, nose, aftertaste. A Rutherford release might be a bit tastier. But, this'll do - one of our go-to's. Forget the paid reviews - trust real consumers here.

Unlike previous vintages, Amici's 2021 carries a Sonoma County designation (rather than Napa County) and is comprised of 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Fragrant, crisply acidic and light-bodied, it delivers a package of grapefruit, lemon verbena, honeysuckle and dried herbs. While 90% of the juice was fermented in stainless steel, 10% was fermented in French oak barrels of unspecified age, lending a hint of wood to the final product. The wine's alcohol (listed as 13.7%) is beautifully integrated and the middle palate is solid. Lengthy and crisp on the back end, this is a delicious young white that should be at its best over the next 2-3 years. Drink now-2025.

Bright and crisp; pineapple and guava predominate. Good with food or alone. An excellent Sauvignon Blanc at the price point.
