IWFSC Kendall College Scholarship Dinner (Kendall College - Chicago): Bought on release and stored in optimum conditions. Medium gold in color. A touch of VA upon opening but this blew off in the glass after a couple of minutes. Apple flavors with some floral notes as well. This is a really nice white burgundy that doesn't appear to be fully mature yet. It's in a great drinking window however, so no reason to hold back.

IWFSC 736th Dinner (The Racquet Club): Deep copper color. Caramel notes on the nose along with yellow fruits. Nice tree fruits on the palate but also showing signs of maturity with a caramel butterscotch note. I wouldn't say out and out premox, but for sure drink up.

1995 vs 1996 Burgs (NYC): Thick leesy wine. Butterscotch, minerals, and vanilla. Very good acidity. Nice wine.
