Rubinrot.

UGC Bordeaux 2021, SF: On the lighter side, even for this vintage. A bit flat and lacking fruit. Does have a pretty side, but there is not enough to this wine. So so.

UGC 2021 Bordeaux (Vibiana, Los Angeles, CA): The nose is berry-driven and fresh with loganberries, red berries, cherries, licorice, leather, spice box, herbs, tobacco leaf, and some cedary notes. There is decent depth here with an open-knit style to the nose. The Medium bodied feel is silky and balanced with crisp, medium acidity and refined, medium tannins. This has room for development and feels like it can get there with some age. It isn't a long-term Cantemerle, but certainly one that is worthy of holding onto.

UGCB Amsterdam, walkaround tasting so just short notes.: In the bouquet dark berries and some smoke. On the palate elegant, a bit herbaceous, ok acidity and sticky tannin. 89 – 90
