Disgorged 10/21. Classic light young Champagne color. Light but persistent mousse. A nose of brioche, white flowers and a hint of citrus. In the mouth, the balance is simply outstanding. Medium bodied. Nothing is out of place. Acidity, effervescence, depth of flavor with remarkable fruit, all the parts play in harmony. I’m sure it can age more but this is very open and ready to go. I keep looking at the empty bottle because I want more. Not cheap but still an outstanding value.

Hawker night at Caroline's: Fresh, driven red apple fruit. Still very youthful compared to the 2000 Liesse d'Harbonville alongside.

This was bone-dry for my palate. Very low dosage and a very crisp wine.

Juicy tart red fruit (? I know, I know, its Chard, but…). Chalky and drying minerality in the finish.
Very nice glass.
