I really wanted to like this wine. I do not. Nose floral, slightly herbal, a bit of pawpaw and other custard fruit. Palate is astringent and mineral, but a tad flabby and hot. I wished for acidity, freshness, and cut. It is quite ill defined and forgettable

Very versatile and fresh white wine from Italy. The Chardonnay (unoaked I believe) and Riesling dominate, but blend well and aren't overpowering. I think this would go well with spicy dishes based on how it worked with the capers in our piccata.
Excellent QPR and something a bit different.

The best vintage of this wine I’ve had - especially crisp, verdant, and a beautiful spicy note. Perfect hint of what’s to come with everything in waiting from the 2021 vintage in Piemonte

Quaffable. Ordered off restaurant list, no clue what it was. I remarked to my friend that it smelled like Riesling and tasted like Chardonnay. Looks like from some other notes it contains both. A decent restaurant or party wine that's different from the "same old thing" people are used to drinking.

Paired nicely with chicken piccata
