  Nose of lime zest. Crisp and refreshing. Plenty of acid to balance the sweetness - I think it's nicely balanced. Grapefruit rind on the finish. Enjoyed it.

  Lovely bottle. Lively acidity. Nice glycerol/mouthfeel. Citrusy. A winner.
