  Drinking very well. Gifted from a friend who had the bottle upright and in passive storage for a decade +. Surprising amount of dark fruit remaining. Hoisin notes and sediment only real signs of its age. Still shows freshness as well as real depth. Delicious on p&p and opened up over several days under vacuvin. Excellent with shumai, burgers, anchovy pasta. Rockin’ juice.
