  Pretty good right now, even needed a little to come alive.
  
  Good balance, and worth savoring -- this is the oldest planting in Temecula, and Hart Winery label is no more (bought out).

  Dark garnet in color. Full, fragrant & attractive nose of ripe fruits aromas of cherries, blackberries & plums with spices, briary, herbs, pepper, minerals & a hint of oak/vanilla. Medium-full bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of dark cherries, blackberries & plums with spices, herbs, minerals & a slight hint of oak/vanilla. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present with decanting and airing & has the fruit & structure to develop further with additional aging.
