Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Don't serve this too cold. Also, expect it to open up over several hours. Aromas of crunchy peach, kiwi, green apple, minty herbs, a little fennel and marjoram, hints of crushed stone... Stony and fresh on the palate, silky texture, great acid drive, intricate herbal and floral inner perfume. This really comes alive on the finish, beautiful white and green fruits pop, filigree stony nuances grip, herbal tones resound, and there's also a most delicate creamy/nutty nuance. This is great now, but will be more interesting in 6 to 12 months, and may well take a few years to show all its powers. Pigato Power!
