Nice every day Riesling. I used it to primarily cook Coq au Riesling. Tasted the remnant. Pleasant on the palate, little to no gasoline smell that is off putting. Little on the sweet side, medium acidity. Weekday Riesling to pair with Thai food, tikka masala, or a crawfish boil.

Eye: A pale yellow-green
Nose: A little dough and petrol. Lemon and green apple.
Palate: Off-dry, moderated acidity. Green apple, citrus zest, some peach and nectarine.
Finish: Short. Some lingering lemon-acidity.
Overall: A very standard Qba Riesling.

Always pleasing. Paired with a Thai red curry with shrimp, vegetables, and rice noodles.
