  • French white wine from Sancerre: Sauvignon Blanc. 13 % alcohol. Aged for 4 months, on lees, in vats.

Decanted 1 hour prior to consumption and stored in the decanter during the evening.

    Light golden color.

Crisp and delicate aromas of brioche, lime fruit, green pears, green grass, peach, green herbs, white flowers and minerals. Powerful and crisp flavors of peach, lime fruit, green grass, yogurt, white flowers, green herbs and minerals.

Dry. Medium body. Fresh acidity. Good balance. Very good structure. Low complexity. Pure. Elegant. Powerful.

Long finish with peach and lime fruit.

A very pure, crisp and straightforward Sancerre with a lot of minerality. It works good both with food (sushi) and alone. It performs best fridge cold. The wine is very approachable now, but will probably improve with more age and gain some complexity. 91/100
