  Medium Golden appearance with medium + intensity and aromas/flavors of stone fruit, red apples, grilled citrus indicating well ripe grapes. Bread, dough and spices (dried) in a multi layered complex way. The wine is developed.
  In the palate the wine is dry with medium + acidity, medium alcohol and medium + body. The flavor intensity is medium + and the finish is medium. The quality is very good. Can drink now potential for aging
  I really like this unusual style Chablis

  Interesting new producer for me!
  
  Integrated medium acidity
  
  Nose: yellow apple, apricots, herbs, bread and alight (pleasant) bitterness att the end
  Palette: rellay good structure and intensity. Fruit in the background and oak/fermentation aromas in the foreground. End is herbal and bready. Medium to long length.
  
  Will develop using a decanter
