  Kleur: Licht strogeel Aroma / bouquet: Niet uitgesproken expressief. Subtiele indrukken van mineraliteit, limoen, overrijpe peer en een uiterst subtiele hint van boenwas. Smaak / Afdronk: Aangename, frisse maar tegelijkertijd bovengemiddeld complexe Chablis met een mooie balans. Verfrissende zuurgraad, romig mondgevoel. Loepzuiver. Retronasale impressies van limoen. Serieuze lengte. Algemeen / potentieel: Fijne, fruitgedreven, biologische Chablis, met de hand geoogst, spontane gisting met wilde lokale gisten, de wijn wordt niet geklaard, wel licht gefilterd. De enige toevoeging is een minimale hoeveelheid sulfiet. 50 + Kleur: 5 + Aroma / bouquet: 11 + Smaak / Afdronk: 14 + Algemeen / potentieel: 8 = 88/100
  
  Colour: Light straw yellow Aroma / bouquet: Not very expressive. Subtle impressions of minerality, lime, overripe pear and an extremely subtle hint of wax. Taste / Aftertaste: Pleasant, fresh but at the same time above average complex Chablis with a nice balance. Refreshing acidity, creamy mouthfeel. flawless. Retronasal impressions of lime. Serious length. General / potential: Fine, fruit-driven, organic Chablis, harvested by hand, spontaneous fermentation with wild local yeasts, the wine is not clarified, only slightly filtered. The only addition is a minimal amount of sulfite. 50 + Colour: 5 + Aroma / Bouquet: 11 + Taste / Aftertaste: 14 + General / Potential: 8 = 88/100
