  • 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 10% Aglianico
    from ~5 ha of calcareous silty-loam soil at 330 ft with Southwestern
    exposure in San Cipriano Picentino, Salerno, Italy.
    Manual harvest. Soft crushing-destemming. 20-day maceration.
    Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic.
    Aged 12-14 months in new 225 L French oak barriques from Nevers,
    Allier and Tronçais. Plus at least 6 months in bottle.
    14.5% Abv. 15,000 bottles
