Bien minéral au nez, avec les incontournables saveurs de coquille d’huitre si typiques, et des nuances florales en bouquet qui confèrent à ce vin une allure singulière. Excellent en bouche, avec une tension assez vive, mais surtout une pureté d’école, et une droiture qui promettent. Ce n’est pas le plus expansif des 1ers crus de Vincent, mais surement celui qui, au vieillissement offrira la plus belle idée de ce que l’on imagine d’un grand Chablis. Long final, presque pointu. Une grande bouteille en devenir
