Lovely spicy minerally Chablis at a great drinking window about a decade old.. Spearminty crushed nuts and stones, touch of a nice green "emerald" chlorophyll essence... Bright and light in color, aging very slowly. Nice.

Beautiful Chablis drinking on a very warm summer night. Excellent structure, with a great backbone of minerality, with Citrus notes. Lacking a little complexity, which is a little disappointing. But still, a very pleasurable Chablis.

Simon's Dauvissat dinner (Lorne): Aromatic nose, full of lemon and lime as well as hints of icing sugar and something more steely. Super tangy on the palate, with more of the lemon/lime, and just rich enough. Long and intense, and piquant on the finish. Not particularly complex, but really impactful - a sharp steel knife of a wine. Really enjoyable, but barely ready on this showing. My #3, group #2.

This was good but didn’t wow me. Never seemed to open up. May be in a skewed spot between young and old.
Had the Dauvissat iodine that I like but missing that kinda salty/sweaty X factor that can come with age on these
