Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 94 points

  • Double decanted and served after 3 hours. Honey and stone fruit on the nose but it showed minerals and iodine in the opposite spectrum. With more time, the honey blasted out on the palate with mineral-driven yellow fruit and seashell. Started as lean but it gained richness and weight while the nose and palate merged with time. Never a fan of Dauvissat unless it has considerable age. Beautiful wine. I can see this wine aging effortlessly for another 20 years. 93-94
