A beauty, that may need just a bit more beauty sleep.
Some additional time will let the tannins soften a bit, and integrate, and allow this to become a more cohesive wine.
Popped and decanted for 6 hours and back into the bottle.
Reticent on the nose and palate, little by little the shyness started to fade.
Quintessential Salvioni essence & soul. From nose, to palate, to finish.

Rich, but balanced, ripe berries, hints of chocolate, very balanced indeed. has character, rural personality. Love it already.
