Leichte Kirsche und Pflaumen. Aber leider komplett zu und sehr ruppige Tannine. Auch nach 48 Stunden in der Karaffe immer noch nicht wirklich zugänglich. Die Tannine waren zwar etwas geschmeidiger, aber das war es auch schon. Der muss wohl noch länger reifen.

Light cherry and plum. But unfortunately completely closed and very rough tannins. Even after 48 hours in the carafe, still not really accessible. The tannins were a bit smoother, but that was it. It probably needs to mature longer.

In der Nase sehr deutlich holzgeprägt mit viel Vanille und etwas Zimt. Dazu sehr warm und üppig fruchtig angelegt mit teils etwas eingemachter Pflaume und etwas dunkler Kirsche. Außerdem Syrah-typische sekundäre Noten.
Am Gaumen ein Maulvoll.
Mir zu viel und zu fett, braucht in jedem Fall ein Essen.
