  • One of the darkest hues of the vintage, the wine is close to opaque in color. The perfume opens with flowers, black raspberries, licorice, kirsch, cherries, and bouquet garni. As good as the nose is, here, it is the palate that owns the experience with its layers of elegant, seductive, pure silky, fresh, sweet, fruits. The finish is long, vibrant, and spicy, with a white pepper accent in the finish that adds more brightness and finesse, along with touches of licorice, and dark chocolate that show up at the backend of the finish. The wine is made from 90% Grenache, 5% Syrah, and 5% Counoise. If this seems like your thing, grab a few bottles as the production is only 1,500 bottles give or take. Drink from 2025-2040.
