Soirée au st Joseph avec la vigneronne Guillemette Ferrando. Robe pourpre foncée. Nez de fraise mûre, cerise, groseille acidulée. Nez qui pinote. Très souple en bouche, ample aussi mais peu expressif. Malgré tout fermé selon moi. Tester une grande garde.

With good color, the wine opens with flowery notes coupled with spice, black raspberry, smoke pepper, citrus rind and green olives. On the palate, the wine is fresh, spicy, meaty, and slightly chewy with a fruity presence on the mid-palate and a peppery edge to the dark kirsch, along with a sprig of mint that comes in at the end of the finish. This is one of the wines of the vintage. Drink from 2023-2035.
