  Potentially Grand cin here.Opens with pear, pineapple, citrus, but hast stone, more vertical qualitis as well. This is a classic Condrieu, but not a couch-potato, has great lift and depth as well. Hands off for a year or two.

The best year for Condrieu in a while - this Perret Chery would probably only be beaten by the 06 (in its prime), which was more opulent and hedonistic. Great purity of fruit and focus on the palate, very precise. This is Condrieu with finesse and elegance but with still with rich and fat texture on the back.
