From my parents callar, used mainly for cooking. Intense yet simple and direct aromas of raisins and dried apricots. So-so glyceric texture with a low acidity and a sweet aftertaste. Needs more persistence. PX for beginners. This winery produces other wonderful wines of greater range that many Anglo-Saxons waste on top of their insipid vanilla ice creams.
De la Bodeguita de mis padres, usado principalmente para cocinar. Intensos aunque simples y directos aromas a uvas pasas y a orejones. Textura glicérica de aquellas maneras con una escasa acidez y un retrogusto dulce. Necesita más persistencia. PX para principiantes. Esta bodega elabora otros vinos maravillosos de mayor gama que muchos anglosajones desperdician encima de sus insípidos helados de vainilla.
