Grassy ... grassy ... and freshly cut grasss. Lovely if that your style. I certainly appreciate this new world style SB. From Italy and not NZ. This is dogs dating cats kind of stuff.

Powerful from the get-go and resplendent with tart, punchy notes of lime, passion fruit, lichee, and green apple from fore to mid palate. Aftward to the finish it softened to a lingering lime note with a scintilla of mango dancing about. A delightful bottle.

More new world but really lovely bouquet of passion fruit, some lime and crunchy stone.
Good length and quite balanced in it’s style.

Oak? Cedar, sweet spice - 50% Stainless steel, 25% large barrels, 25% barrique + tonneaux.
A bit richer and more broad than the Prail Sauvignon Blanc.
Yields 7 - 7.5 tonnes/ha
