Something is missing here. While I do enjoy Cocordilo-Malbec, their Cab cousin falls short. J have tried three bottles over the last six months and find a light, soft and below average cab IMHO. Argentina has a lot of great Cab, and Cocodrilo does make a very good Malbec.

Great nose with red berries, slate stone, light chocolate tones, mild eucalyptus, iodine, pine wood, and some lingering old world funky farm animal hide. On the palate comes melty chocolate and ripe round mouthwatering fruits, singing tannins in perfect harmony with chewy density. Broad shoulders and still elegant in the mouth and finish. Really enjoyed this one.

Saturday Afternoon Tasting (Vin Chicago - Chicago IL): Red, black, and blue berries are fun but slightly candied. Ok overall in its very modern style.
