Medium body, pale greenish straw colour. Passionfruit forward aroma with grassy background. Hedonistic lychee and ripe gooseberry palate following by dry finish of good length and lime acidity. Crisp and refreshing, a bit alcoholic but pleasant and well balanced. Food friendly, well pairing to Mediterranean salad and Sainte Maure cheese. Serve 10ºC - 12ºC. Open a few minutes ahead. Drink now and the next couple years.
