A night of GG Rieslings (Ok Omens, Portland Oregon): There is a real taughtness to the nose even with about an hour+ of air. Still, the tones are fresh and balanced with limes, saline, crushed rocks, pears, white fruits, acacia flowers, meyer lemons, fresh herbs, and white peaches. The Medium bodied feel is lighter on its feet, yet beautifully balanced with racy, high acidity. The acidity has some excellent cut, but it doesn't overwhelm the feel too much. This can certainly use at least 4 years and possibly 6+ to fully balance out. I really like the freshness and lively qualities, but everything is just a bit tight and slightly quiet at the moment.

Has a fine, open fruityness going, bursting with minerals, chalkyness, joy.
