  Opened this bottle too early of course, but had a wonderful experience with the 2020 vintage a week before and was eager to get a taste of the 2021 vintage.
  Unfortunately, it was nothing of the same. My only impression, which I couldn't shake off, was the smell of rancid butter. It didn't taste as bad as it smelled, but I had nothing of the close-to-magic experience of the 2020 vintage the week before.
  Fingers crossed that this will age well or that this particular bottle was flawed.
